EID Reward Campaign T&C
Win BHD 100 Cashback Daily:
- To participate, customers must make a qualifying purchase during the campaign period and apply the promo code WIN_EID at checkout.
- 1 winner will be selected and rewarded cashback of 100, and winners will be notified within 28 days of the campaign closure.
- The campaign is valid only for customers residing in participating GCC countries and making purchases through Centrepoint’s official website or mobile application.
- The campaign runs from May 8 – June 5, both dates inclusive (Campaign Period).
- The winner will be selected through a random computerised draw conducted under the supervision of Centrepoint after the campaign period ends.
- Centrepoint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability, subject to applicable laws.
- Participation is open only to customers who have a valid and active Shukran account at the time of participation and prize fulfilment.
- Application of the promo code at checkout is mandatory for participation in the campaign. Orders placed without the promo code will not be eligible.
- Cashback awarded under this campaign is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Centrepoint reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, validate transactions, and request supporting documentation where necessary before confirming prize entitlement.
- Centrepoint reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, tampering, misuse of the promo code, or violation of these terms & conditions.
- Entries generated through bulk registrations, multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or any other unfair or unauthorised means shall be deemed invalid and may be cancelled without notice.
- Centrepoint shall not be liable for any technical errors, system failures, network disruptions, delays, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries that may affect participation in the campaign.
- Centrepoint shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Centrepoint may use the winner’s name, initials, city of residence, and/or image for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
- Participation in this campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions and Centrepoint’s validation, verification, and decision-making processes, which shall be final and binding.

You can still exchange your order at any Centrepoint or Shoemart store just as before. You can also return your order to our stores, or we will arrange a return pickup of your order. This can be done in two ways – either by making an online return request through Order History under My Account, or by calling our customer support team on 800-MYCP (800-6927).

Can I place multi-basket orders after March 13th, 2019?
It depends on the brand. You can add Centrepoint, Mothercare, Splash, Lifestyle and Shoemart products to your basket. However, you will not be able to add Home Centre, Max or Home Box products to the basket. If you wish to shop these brands, please visit their sites or apps.

No. Your username, password and account stay the same for all Landmark online brands - Home Centre, Centrepoint, Max, Splash, Mothercare, Lifestyle, Shoemart and Home Box.

What are security tags and why do I have to remove them?
If you have bought clothing from us, you may notice a soft tag on one of the inner seams. This is the security tag. You'll find it sewn on next to the garment care or washing instructions label.
You must remove this security tag to prevent it from being reactivated. Take care not to cut too close to the seam and damage the garment.
Do remember that once you remove the tag, you will not be able to return or exchange the product. Of course, if the item is defective, we'll gladly take it back even without the security tag.
